Copyright
All photographs and other visual works displayed on this website are protected by the United States Copyright Act and applicable international copyright laws and treaties. All rights are reserved. The display, publication, or availability of any work on this website does not place it in the public domain or grant any license or permission to copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, display elsewhere, modify, or otherwise use it.
Portfolio Display
Images are displayed solely for portfolio viewing and evaluation and to present work created by or commissioned from Billy Hardiman. Their display does not indicate that an image is available for licensing and does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation by any person, client, brand, property, or organization depicted.
Portfolio display does not grant any rights or authorize any third-party use. Licensing availability and applicable restrictions must be confirmed in writing by the applicable copyright owner.
Authorization Required
Except as permitted by applicable law or expressly authorized by a written license from Picture Billy LLC, no image may be copied, reproduced, published, displayed, distributed, transmitted, modified, adapted, incorporated into another work, sold, sublicensed, or otherwise used for commercial, editorial, promotional, or personal purposes. Copyright ownership does not transfer when a license is granted.
Artificial Intelligence and Data Mining
Images, including any captions, keywords, or metadata associated with them, may not be scraped, harvested, extracted, used for text or data mining, incorporated into any dataset, or used directly or indirectly for any machine-learning, artificial-intelligence, facial-recognition, biometric-identification, or similar purpose unless expressly authorized in writing by Picture Billy LLC.
This prohibition includes using an image to train, fine-tune, develop, optimize, validate, test, evaluate, benchmark, or otherwise create or improve any system or model; using an image as an input, prompt, reference, conditioning material, or source for generative or synthetic content; or uploading an image to a third-party service that retains the image, acquires rights in it, or uses it for training or other data ingestion.
Public availability or technical accessibility of an image does not constitute permission for any of these uses.
Model and Third-Party Rights
Images may depict identifiable individuals, private property, artwork, trademarks, or other protected material. Publication on this website does not grant or imply any model release, property release, trademark permission, privacy or publicity right, or other third-party authorization. Release availability and permitted uses vary by image. Any authorized use remains subject to the restrictions stated in the applicable written license.
Prohibited Uses
Unless expressly authorized in writing, images may not be:
- Resold, redistributed, or made available as standalone files
- Used in a logo, trademark, template, or product offered for resale
- Used unlawfully, deceptively, pornographically, or in a defamatory manner
- Used to falsely imply endorsement by Picture Billy LLC or any depicted person
- Used in connection with a sensitive subject or context without specific written authorization
- Used after removing, concealing, or altering embedded copyright, credit, or rights-management information

Unauthorized Use
Picture Billy LLC and any other applicable rights holders may enforce their respective rights directly or through authorized representatives, including licensing agents and legal counsel. All rights and remedies available under applicable law are reserved.
Discontinuing or removing an unauthorized use does not grant a license, cure or excuse the prior use, or waive any right, remedy, or claim arising from that use.
